Cancellation Policy

All appointments, including online bookings, are subject to availability during our listed opening hours. Management reserves the right to modify or cancel bookings when necessary.

A 50% deposit is required for group bookings.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled treatment will incur a 50% charge.
Clients who fail to attend their appointment (“No Shows”) will be charged the full amount and must pay in full upfront for any future bookings.

Please inform your therapist if you are on medication, pregnant, or have any medical conditions or allergies.

Courses must be paid for in advance and are valid for six months.
Gift vouchers must be presented at the time of use.

A patch test is required for tint treatments at least 24 hours before your appointment.
